Nova Place is large-scale, mixed-use urban redevelopment project located North across the Allegheny River from downtown Pittsburgh. Part of the redevelopment, the concourse is a renovation of the Allegheny Center Mall into a mixture of public and private space. Around the roughly 40,000 SF public spaces are series of office spaces, part of a separate phase in the project’s timeline. Along with the renovation, the project contains new construction of a plaza and 7,500 SF fitness center.
